1、城乡一体化论文：城乡基本医疗卫生服务均等化研究【中文摘要】目前,基本医疗卫生服务均等化问题已得到各界的广泛重视,中央已经颁布关于医药卫生体制改革方案,明确了完成国家和地区公共卫生项目标和任务,要求各地制定实施基本医疗卫生服务均等化的具体方案。但从目前来看,绝大多数仍处于摸索阶段,迫切需要总结和提高。所以,研究推进基本医疗卫生服务均等化的具体对策建议具有重要的现实意义。本研究首先系统、全面地分析了基本医疗卫生均等化的内涵,认为基本医疗卫生服务的城乡差别是目前最大的不均等,不利于构建和谐社会。其次,本研究分析了城乡基本医疗卫生服务非均等化的原因。最后,本研究以南通市港闸区为研究个案,通过实证
2、调查,深刻剖析了目前港闸区推进城乡基本医疗卫生服务均等化的基本环境、实践过程,借鉴国内外的成功经验,提出了加速推进基本医疗卫生服务均等化的对策建议。【英文摘要】Atpresent,thebasicmedicalandhealthservicesequalizationproblemhasreceivedextensiveattentionfromallwalksoflife,thecentralgovernmenthasissuedonthereformplanofmedicalandhealthsystem,thecompletionofnationalandregionalpubli
