2、工作的重心。国内外学者在探讨城乡基本医疗卫生服务均等化的问题及其原因方面，虽然做出了一些很好的尝试，但总体而言尚不够成熟全面和深入，如城乡基本医疗卫生服务均等化的范围是什么?测量城乡基本医疗卫生服务均等化的具体指标是什么?为此，本文在国内外已有研究的基础上，采用国际上比较流行的统计分析方法，并尝试性建立基本医疗卫生服务均等化的指标体系。以期在完善有关基本医疗卫生服务均等化基本理论的同时，对我国城乡基本医疗卫生服务均等化及医疗体制改革实践提出科学有效的对策和建议。关键词：城乡基本医疗卫生服务均等化指标体系AbstraetAbstractWiththedevelopmentofEco
