1、劳资关系论文：劳动关系中的工资集体协商制度研究【中文摘要】工资集体协商是市场经济条件下建立企业工资共决机制、正常工资增长机制和工资支付保障机制的重要内容和措施,是市场经济国家解决企业工资问题的一个通行做法,工资集体协商制度已成为市场经济国家一种普遍的劳动法律制度,许多国家把开展工资集体协商作为维护劳动者合法权益、促进劳资关系和谐发展的重要方式。随着我国工资体制从计划经济体制向市场经济体制的过渡,我国的工资政策发生重大的转变,从政府控制为主向市场主导为主转变。而在市场经济条件下,开展工资集体协商是劳动者表
