1、达英—35和二甲双胍联合治疗对多囊卵巢综合征患者内分泌系统影响和其效果研究　　梁逊莹1黄武炎2许慧芳1王丽11.广东省珠海市妇幼保健院药学部，广东珠海519000；2.广东省珠海市妇幼保健院检验科，广东珠海519000[摘要]目的通过观察比较多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）患者治疗前后的内分泌代谢指标的变化，探讨达英-35与二甲双胍联合用药对PCOS患者内分泌系统的影响及其治疗效果。方法对妇科门诊90例PCOS患者采用达英-35与二甲双胍联合治疗，比较治疗前、后患者临床症状与月经恢复情况，血清卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）、黄体生成素（LH）、孕酮（P

2、RGE）、垂体泌乳素（PRL）、睾酮（T）、空腹胰岛素（FIN）的变化情况。结果联合用药治疗后有65例患者月经恢复规则，63例患者的多毛痤疮症状明显改善；患者的血清LH降至（8.54±1.88）mU/mL，T降至（38.81±6.41）ng/dL，FIN降至（15.44±3.25）mU/L，均明显低于治疗前，差异有高度统计学意义（P0.05）。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍用药能有效降低PCOS患者LH、T及FIN水平，减轻胰岛素抵抗和高雄激素症状，显著改善患者内分泌环境，是治疗PCOS较为理想的有效方法。[关键词]8多囊卵巢综合征；内分泌；达英-35；二
