4、edthecausativeagentsofWDbyusingelectronmicroscopy,ELISA,RT-PCR,andnestedPCRfrom97fecalsamplesof32WD-affectedherdscollectedfrom8provincesduring2002–2004.Thebovinecoronavirus(BoCV)wasconsistentlydetectedinallherdswithWD.Ofotherpathogens,onlycoccidianoocytswerein
5、consistentlybutconcurrentlydetectedwithBoCV.TenisolateswereidentifiedasBoCVbyimmuneelectronmicroscope,immunofluorescenttestandELISAwithantiserumtoBoCV,andRT-PCR.Fromtheseresults,itisconcludedthatWDcausedbyBoCVoccurredinrelativelyhighfrequencyandwaswidespreadin
