3、valuated.Myelinbasicprotein-andvirus-reactiveT-celllineswereestablishedfrom16MSpatientsand14healthydonorsandshowntobemostlyCD4'.Incontrasttohealthydonors,severalT-celllinesisolatedfromMSpatientsshowedcross-reactivitybetweenmyelinandcoronavirusantigens.Overall,2
4、9%ofT-celllinesfromMSpatients(10donors)butonly1.3%ofT-celllinesfromnormalcontrolsubjects(2donors)showedanHLA-DR-restrictedcross-reactivepatternofantigenactivationafterinvitroselectionwitheithermyelinbasicproteinorhumancoronavirusstrain229Eantigens.Moreover,reci
