3、omiting,orboth.Theyexhibitedvariablehistologicalchangesintheepitheliumofthesmallintestine,rangingfromdegenerationofsinglecellsanddetachmentofgroupsofcellsfromthevilloustipstoregenerativeprocessesofthecryptepithelia.Post-mortemdiagnosiswasbasedontheimmunohistochemicaldemonstrationofcoronavirusanti
4、genwithinintestinalepithelialcellsandontheelectronmicroscopicaldemonstrationofcoronavirusparticlesinthefaeces.Inaddition,oneanimalwasimmunohistochemicallypositiveforantigensoffelineleuk•aemiavirus(FeLV)andexhibitedintestinalchangesconsistentwithFeLV-associatedenteritis.Twocatsweretestedserologica
