3、longatedmembraneproteins,thehaemagglutininofinfluenzavirusandthevariablesurfaceglycoproteinoftrypanosomes.CoronavirusesareenvelopedRNAviruseswithaAstretchof20to25hydrophobicresidues,foundsingle-strandedgenomeofpositivepolarity(SiddellneartheCterminus,mostprobablyservesasaetal.,1

4、983;Sturman&Holmes,1983).Theycausetransmembraneanchor.considerableeconomicaldamagebyinfectinglive-Aminoacidsequenceshavebeenalignedbythestockandotherdomesticanimals.Projectingfromfollowingprocedure.Initialaminoacidalignmentstheirsurfaceareunusuallylarge(-200A),petal-wereobt,aine

5、dbyFASTPanalysis(Lipman&shapedspikes.Theseso-calledpeplomersmediatePearson,1985).ThesealignmentshavebeenthebindingofvirionstothehostcellreceptorandextendedbyreiteratingFASTPwithnon-alignedareinvolvedinmembranefusion.Further,theyarepartsasquerysequenceandbyDTAGONcorn-consideredth
