1、心力衰竭患者血清可溶性ST2受体的变化及意义[摘要]目的测定心力衰竭患者不同时间点的血清可溶性ST2受体浓度,分析其在心力衰竭早期诊断及病情评估方面的意义。方法选择心力衰竭患者60例作为实验组,对照组60例。评价其心功能情况及临床变化。ELISA法测定患者入院时、第3天血清可溶性ST2受体水平、N-末端脑利钠肽前体及测定入院时的左室射血分数。结果实验组血清可溶性ST2受体(sST2)水平显著高于对照组,左心室射血分数显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(1X0.05)。血清可溶性ST2受体(sST2
2、)水平与N-末端脑利钠肽前体呈正相关(PC0.01),与左心室射血分数(LVEF)呈负相关(P〈0・01)。结论血清可溶性ST2受体(sST2)浓度可以作为判断患者有无心力衰竭的实用指标,并且对于心力衰竭严重程度的判断有重要的指导意义,指导临床诊断及治疗。由于sST2浓度与LVEF值呈负相关,有望通过sST2浓度来预测患者的LVEF值。[关键词]心力衰竭;血清可溶性ST2受体;诊断[中图分类号]R541.6[文献标识码]B[文章编号]1673-9701(2014)32-0016-03Thechan
