2、MARY:AssisttheChiefPursertomonitorallaspectsofdailyoperationrelatedtotheExecutiveFloor.Supervisepursersandenhancefirstclassservicearerenderedtoallclubguests.CoordinatewithothersectionsanddepartmentstomaintainstandardsofExecutiveFloor,bothinserviceandfunction.工作职责DUTIESREPONSIBILITIES:1.Assistth

3、eChiefPursertosupervisethecheck-inandcheck-outofguestsatExecutiveFloorandmakesuretheserviceisefficientandaccurate.2.ResponsibleforthedailyoperationofExecutiveFloorwhiletheabsentoftheChiefPurser.3.Ensureallguestsneedsorrequestsarefollowedupbystaffandguestsareawareofthefeedback.4.Ensureappropriat

4、esupervisionextendedtoExecutiveFloorstaffinmaintainingfirstclassserviceprovidedtotheguests.5.Follow-uponalloutstandingassignmentsonthelogbookandtakeactionsaccordingly.6.Supervisethedailypre-allocatingroomsforallExecutiveFloorguestsandpersonallytohavephysicalcheckoftheroomstomakesureallamenities

5、andset-uparearrangedanddeliveredintheroombeforeguestarrival.7.Maintainafriendly,neatandpleasantimagetoguests,andensureguests'specialrequestsaremet.8.AssisttheChiefPurserinorganizingandconductingtrainingforstaff.9.EvaluatethestandardandperformanceforthePursersfromtimetotimeandremindthemoncommone
