1、两种药物联合用于宫腔镜宫内节育器取出术的效果观察【摘要】目的：观察硫酸阿托品和复方蔡普生栓用于宫腔镜宫内节育器取出术的效果。方法：将行宫腔镜定位取环术患者90例分为三组，每组各30例。A组术前30min肌内注射硫酸阿托品注射液0.25mg,术前20min肛门放置复方蔡普生栓1枚；B组术前30min肌内注射硫酸阿托品注射液0.25mg；C组术前不用任何夯物。对三组心脑综合征、镇痛效果、宫颈软化情况及手术时间进行比较。结果：心脑综合征发生情况：A组与C组、B组与C组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o镇痛效果：A组与C组比较，差异有统计学意义(PV0.
