1、TheuseofSGSSystemCertificationMarkSGS体系认证标志使用说明INTRODUCTION引言SGScertifiedclientsareentitledtouseSGSCertificationMarkandrelevantAccreditationMarksaccordingtotheregulationsgoverningtheuseofSGSsystemcertificationmarkandrequirementsfromaccreditationbody.SGS认证客户有资格使用SGS认证标志和相关认可标志，须符合

2、《SGS认证标志使用规则》和认可机构的相关要求。Clearunderstandingofsuchrequirementsareessentialtoensureyourinformationcommunicatedwiththeclientiscorrect.对这些要求的清晰理解，能确保您与客户的沟通信息是准确的。AccordingtoGSP,auditorsshallreviewtheuseofmarkstoensurecompliancetorequirements:审核员在审核中必须按照GSP的要求确认标志使用符合规定：GSP.03Surveill

3、ancePlanningandPreparation监督访问Everysurveillancevisitshallincludecoverageofthefollowingmandatoryitemstobeaudited:Certificationclaimsanduseofcertificationmarks.每次监督审核将包括的必审项目：证书声明和认证标志的使用GSP.04NonconformanceandCorrectiveAction不符合项AMINORNONCONFORMITYisraisedintheeventthattheclientis

4、misusingaCertificationMarkoranaccreditationmarkbutnotmakingmisrepresentationsregardingtheircertification.轻微不符合项：在客户错用认证标志或认可机构标志，但不构成对其认证有失实陈述的情况下开出AMAJORNONCONFORMITYisraisedintheeventthattheclientismisusingaCertificationMarkoranaccreditationmarktomisrepresenttheircertification.

5、严重不符合项：在客户错用认证标志或认可机构标志，已经对其认证有失实陈述的情况下开出EffectivenessofLogoTherighttousetheSGSS&SCcertificationmarkandtherelevantaccreditationmarkisgrantedonlyinconjunctionwithacurrentmanagementsystemcertification.Thecertificationandaccreditationmarksmayonlybeusedinassociationwiththespecific,ce

6、rtifiedfacility(ies)andproductsorserviceswithinthescopeofcertification.Shouldthecertificationexpireorbesuspendedorwithdrawn,alluseofthecertificationandaccreditationmarksmustceaseimmediately.SGSCertificationMarkwithUKASAccreditationMarkDefaultinkcolorofthedocumentDefaultinkcolorof

7、thedocument(JustusingISO9001andUKASmarkasacase)ThissectionmaynotshowCertificatenumber:xxxxxxSameasFigureA,orSameasFigureB,orDefaultinkcolorofthedocumentAccreditationMarkCertificationMark标志的有效性使用SGS国际认证服务体系认证标志及相关认可标志的权利，与客户所拥有的当前有效的管理体系证书紧密相关。体系认证标志和认可标志的使用范围被严格限制在证书所示的公司机构、产品或服务
