1、［摘要］目的探讨缄沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压伴左心肥厚的临床疗效和对患者心功能的影响。方法将我院收治的原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚患者64例给了绳沙坦联介氨氯地平治疗，患者口服纟颉沙坦80mg/d,氨氯地平5mg/d,第2周后根据患者情况调整至纟颉沙坦160mg/d,氨氯地平10mg/d,疗程6周。监测患者血压变化，采用超声心动图监测治疗前后患者左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、舒张末期室间隔厚度(IVSd)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)、每分输出量(C0)变化。结果治疗后患者血压明显降低(P<0.05
