1、高中数学复习课有效教学的课例研究申报单位：金长林名师工作室负责人:金长林1．课题提出1．1背景源于新课程实施过程中教学误区的再反思。新课程改革的核心环节是课程实施，而课程实施的基本途径是教学，所以教学改革是课程改革的重中之重。在新课程改革全面展开并取得一定成功的同时，教学中也存在一定的问题，也必须进行相应的改革。实施数学课堂教学并不是数学课程改革的全部，在数学课程教学实施之后，从理性的角度对教学实践中的问题进行探讨是对数学教学的一种有益的必要的反思。因此，在当前新课程背景下，对数学教学中存在的一些问题进行研讨，通过探讨如何进行数学复习课有效教学设计，如何制定复习课有效
2、教学策略，为提高数学课程教学实践水平提供一个解决问题的视角，也希望通过这样一种发展的眼光对新课程进行一些有益的探索。基于各级评优、评先及职称评定的业务考核的冷思考。教师在参与评优、评先及职称评定的业务考核时，必须要通过上课，如各级各类优质课评比，温州级别的三坛（教坛新秀、教坛中坚、教坛宿将）评比，还有中学高级教师职评时，业务考核时必须上课，前几年是概念新课、习题课等，近几年开始均考核复习课，如何上好复习课是教师专业成长道路所必须考验的。因此，规范高中数学复习课的有效教学对数学教师的成长无疑起推波助澜的作用。因此研究高中数学复习课的有效教学策略是教师职评的需要，教师成长
