2、tituteofPhysicalChemistry,ZhejiangNormalUniversity,Jinhua,ChinaApril2012负载型Pt催化剂上液相巴豆醛选择性加氢性能的研究一瀚巴豆醇作为一种重要的有机中间体广泛应用于医药、涂料和农药等的合成f摘要采用共浸渍法制备了Pt.Fe/Ti02催化剂并应用于液相巴豆醛选择性加氢反应。考察了Fe含量、还原温度、反应温度和还原剂的影响:(1)当Pt与Fe的摩尔比为3:2时,巴豆醇的选择性在70%左右,过量Fe会导致Pt催化剂的活性下降,可能
3、原因为Fe覆盖了Pt的活性位而引起的;(2)在500℃下还原和80℃反应时,Pt.Fe/Ti02催化剂表现出较好的巴豆醇收率(70%);(3)相对于硼氢化钠等液相还原法,用氢气非原位还原Pt.Fe/Ti02催化剂,可以得到较好的催化活性和巴豆醇选择性。关键词:巴豆醛;巴豆醇;液相;选择性加氢;二氧化钛;铂;溶剂效应IILIQUIDPHASESELECTIVEHYDROGENATIONOFCROTON_ALDEHYDEOVERSUPPORTEDPTCATAIYSTSABSTRACTAsanimpo

6、atalyticactivityandcrotylalcoholselectivityoverPtcatalystsweregot.SolventeffectsandthesecondmetalFedopedintoPt/Ti02wereexamedindetailfinally.Thedetailedstudiesareasfollows:1.Pt]Ti02catalystsfortheselectivehydrogenationofcrotonaldehydeUsingTitania(Zi0
