1、不同缩宫药物联合应用预防前置胎盘产后出血临床疗效观察【摘要】目的：分析不同缩宫药物联合应用预防前置胎盘产后出血的临床疗效。方法：收集2007年2月-2012年2月本院收治的前置胎盘终止妊娠者930例，按照缩宫药物的不同将其随机分为A、B、C三组各310例，其中A组采取缩宫素联合益母草联合治疗，B组采取缩宫素联合欣母沛联合治疗，C组采取缩宫素、欣母沛、益母草三种药物联合治疗。对比三组在手术之后的出血量。结果：A组手术过程中出血量要明显少于具他两组，在中央性前置胎盘的手术类型中，A组在手术过程中的出血量明显少于C组，差异均具
2、有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。其余各组之间的出血量比较差异无统计学意义。结论：不同缩宫药物联合应用预防前置胎盘产后出血具有一定的效果。缩宫素、欣母沛、益母草的联合使用过程屮，缩宫素联合益母草治疗对前置胎盘产示出血效果较好，可在临床广泛推广。【关键词】前置胎盘；缩宫索；益母草；产后出血ClinicalEfficacyofDifferentUterineContractionDrugCombinationinPreventingPostpartumHemorrhageDuetoPlacentaPrevia/WANHai-ya
