1、益母草联合缩宫素预防产后出血临床观察doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.12.61摘耍目的：探讨益母草联合缩宫素预防产后出血的临床疗效。方法：2013年8月-2014年1月收治分娩产妇800例，随机分成观察组和对照组，各400例。对照组剖宫产产妇在胎儿娩出后，于子宫肌壁注射缩宫素20U,以后静滴20U,1次/日，连续治疗3天。经阴分娩的产妇于胎儿娩出后宫底注射缩宫索20U,以后肌注10U,2次/日，连续治疗3天。观察组在对照组的基础上在分娩前后均加用益母草注射液加1,连续治疗3天。结果：观察组产后2小时平均出血量(199.8±39.6)ml,24小
2、时平均出血量(249.6±40.5)ml；对照组产后2小时平均出血量(305.3±61.2)ml,24小时平均出血量(346.9±58.8)mlo两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)。观察组400例产妇发生产后出血4例，出血发生率1.0%,其中顺产产妇2例，剖宫产2例；对照组400例产妇发生产后出血14例，出血发生率3.5%,其中顺产产妇10例，剖宫产4例，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P〈0・05)o结论：益母草联合缩宫索可以有效预防产后出血，值得临床推广。关键词产后出血缩宫素益母草注射液Clinicalobservationofmotherwortcombinedwith
