4、SD(AT&L)Memorandumdated29May2002.UFCwillbeusedforallDoDprojectsandworkforothercustomerswhereappropriate.UFCarelivingdocumentsandwillbeperiodicallyreviewed,updated,andmadeavailabletousersaspartoftheServices’responsibilityforprovidingtechnicalcriteriaformilitaryconstruction.Headquarters,UnitedSt

5、atesArmyCorpsofEngineers(HQUSACE),NavalFacilitiesEngineeringCommand(NAVFAC),andAirForceCivilEngineeringSupportAgency(AFCESA)areresponsibleforadministrationoftheUFCsystem.Defenseagenciesshouldcontactthepreparingservicefordocumentinterpretationandimprovements.TechnicalcontentofUFCistheresponsibi
