1、武定县人民医院骨科各级护士在职培训计划 武定县人民医院骨科李仙（一）对于新进护士的培训计划1.培训目标：（1）做好岗前培训，教导爱岗敬业（2）抓好“三基”（即：基础理论基本知识基本技能）与临床实践相结合。（3）工作中要求掌握核心制度，各班职责，熟练掌握基础护理操作技术。（4）了解专科护理理论与技能。2.具体要求：护士长将经常组织召开新护士座谈会，了解其工作情况以及有何困难。并对其工作进行评议，力求不断克服缺点，尽快成长。（1）新进护士进入工作岗位前，必须接受护理部组织的“岗前培训”和服务规范训练。骨科由护士长做好环境.规章制度及各类工作职责的培训。
