4、ificationcardswhentheywereemployed.Agedocumentsaremaintainedintheformofphotocopiednationalidentificationcardswhichcontaintheemployees’names,datesofbirthandpersonalpictures.Aspertheemployees’testimoniesandthefacilitymanagement,theoriginalagedocumentationismaintainedbyemployeesthem

5、selves.Agedocumentsforallemployeeswererequestedandprovided.100%ofemployees’agedocumentswerereviewed.Itappearsthatthefacilityhasasysteminplacetoensurenochildlaborishired.Themanagementteamwasrequestedtoprovidethelaborcontractsforreview.Itwasfoundthatthelaborcontractshadbeensignedwi

6、thallemployees.Meanwhile,alltheinterviewedemployeesstatedthattheywouldsignlaborcontractswithfacilitywhentheywereemployedandacopyofthecontractisprovidedtothemaswell.InvoluntaryLaborAtotalof#employeeswereselectedfromdifferentworkshopforprivateinterviews.Voluntaryemploymentwasreport
