1、正压通气治疗老年急性心力衰竭的临床效果［摘要］目的探讨止压通气治疗老年急性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年1〜12月于本院实行抢救的86例老年急性心力衰竭患者，其屮43例实行常规抗急性心力衰竭治疗的患者归为对照组，43例在常规治疗的基础上再给予止压通气治疗的归为研究组，比较两组患者的心功能、肺功能各项指标和存活率。结果与对照组相比，研究组患者LVEF、LVEDD及LVESD等心脏功能指标显著改善，差异有统计学意义（卩〈0.01）；研究组患者血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压、指脉氧饱和度及呼吸频率等肺功能指标显著改善，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。研究组患者的存活
