1、介入再通灌注术联合丹参注射液灌注治疗78例输卵管阻塞性不孕症疗效观察［摘要］目的对介入再通灌注术联合丹参注射液灌注治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效进行分析。方法157例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者随机分为对照组79例和治疗组78例，对照组采用灌注生理盐水、庆大霉素、a糜蛋白酶和地塞米松混合液，治疗组在对照组基础上联合丹参注射液灌注，随访24个月，对比两组患者12个月末输卵管通畅情况,12个月内、24个月内宫内妊娠和输卵管妊娠情况。结果12个月末，组间输卵管完全通畅率比较，P<0.01；12个月内，组间宫内妊娠发生率比较，P<0.05；
