5、groupAMAbsHC10-5andrecombinantviruswasconstructedbyrescueoftheKD9-40inhibitedboththehaemadsorptionactivitytranscriptionunitbyhomologousinvivorecombi-andesteraseactivityoftherecombinantHEpolypep-nationbetweenthevectorandAd5genomicDNA.Thetide,suggestin
6、gthattheantigenicdomainresponsibleBCVHEpolypeptideexpressedbythisrecombinantforBCVneutralizationmayoverlap(oriscloselyAdwascharacterizedinvivoandinvitro.A65Kassociatedwith)thedomain(s)responsibleforhaem-polypeptidewasidentifiedusingananti-BCVantibody
7、agglutinationand/oracetylesteraseactivities.Wheninbothhuman(293)andbovine(MDBK)cellsinfectedmicewereinoculatedintraperitoneallywithliverecom-withtherecombinantAd.IntheabsenceofareducingbinantAd,asignificantlevelofBCV-neutralizingagent,migrationofthe6
8、5KpolypeptidewasshiftedtoHE-specificantibodywasinduced.Theseresults130K,indicatingthattherecombinantHEpolypeptideindicatethattherecombinantAdreplicatesanddirectsexistedinadimericform.TheHEpolypeptidewasthesynthesisoftheBCVHEpolypeptideinvivo.glycosyl
