3、noperoxidasetest.ThesetwoviralglycoproteinswereeasilydetectedontheplasmamembraneofO.1%paraformaldehyde-fixedswinetestis(ST)orpigkidney(RP.D)cellswhichwereinfect-edwithhigh-passagedPurdue-115andIow-passagedD-52strainsandahigh-passagedattenuated(188-SG)mutantofTGEV.Nosignifi

6、blegastroenteritiscoronavirus(Garwesetal.,1978).Thetransmembrane(TGEV)(Woode,1969).ThecausativeagentofglycoproteinispostulatedtoplayakeyroleTGEbelongstotheCoronaviridae,afamilyofinalpha-interferoninduction(Charleyandenvelopedvirusespossessingasingle-strandedLaude,1988).TGE
7、Vinfectionisfollowedbyco-linearRNAgenomeofpositivepolarity(foraveryhighmortalityrateofupto100%inreview,seeSturmanandHolmes,1983).Threepigletswhicharelessthan2weeksold(Haelter-majorstructuralproteinshavebeendescribedforman,1972).Sowsthatarenaturallyexposedallcoronaviruses:a
