3、s・ThelevelsofserumtotalIgE(tlgE),specificIgE(slgE)andeosinophilcantionicprotein(ECP)weredeterminedwithUniCAPsystem・IgGwasmeasuredandeosinophilnumberswerecounted.Theabovementionedindices,lungfunctionindices,symptomaticscoreandskintestresuItswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroupsbeforeandaftertreat

4、ment.RESULTS:TheelevatedlevelsoftlgE,slgE,ECPandtlgE:IgGintheseraandeosinophilcountsinperipheralbloodofthepatientsweresignificantlyreduced,whereasthelevelofIgGincreasedfollowingtrealmentwithSIT.Lungfunction,symptomaticscoreandskintestresuItallimprovedafterthetreatmentwithSIT・Approximately4

5、0%ofthepatientswereclinicallycuredand57.7%respondedtoSTT.Only2.3%remainedunchangedandabout8.9%patientssufferedsideeffectsofSIT.NochangesinlheabovementionedindiceswereobservedinSTgroup・CONCLUSION:SITcanimprovethesymptomsofthepatientswithallergicrhinitisandasthmabyincreasingthelevelofserumTg

6、G,decreasingtheTgEandinhibitingtheeosinophilcountsinperipheralblood・【Keywords】epitopes;iinmunotherapy;hayfever;ImmunoglobulinE(IgE)【摘要】目的：探讨抗原特异性免疫治疗(specificiminunotherapy,STT)对花粉症患者的疗效及作用机制.方法：选择对夏秋季豚草(Ragweed)和蒿草(Atremisavulgaris)ii敏的花粉症患者(过敏性鼻炎或哮喘)235例，随机分为SIT组：包括过敏性鼻炎组(n二65);过敏性鼻炎+哮喘组

7、(n=60)；对症治疗组(symptomatictherapy,ST),同样包括过敏性鼻炎组(n=56),和过敏性鼻炎+哮喘组(n二54)・健康对照组(n=43)・应用UniCAPsystem免疫荧光法、双抗体夹心EIJSA法、放射比浊法和瑞氏染色法分别测定血清特异性IgE(sIgE)＞总IgE(tlgE)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、IgG水平和外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(Eos)计数.分别比较二组治疗前、后上述各种参数、肺功能指标、症状评分和皮肤试验指数的变化.结果：治疗前，患者血清slgE.tlgE.ECP水平
