1、JSHANXIAGRICUNIV(NaturalScienceEdition)学报(自然科学版)2011,31(2)002774絮凝剂产生菌的筛选鉴定及其在废水处理中的应用罗平,智芳芳,黄锃峰,贺蛟(重庆大学化学化工学院,重庆400044)摘要:从污泥中分离并筛选出一株具有较高絮凝活性的微生物絮凝剂产生菌,命名为Be-3。为了取得絮凝剂的最大活性并使其得到充分利用,对其培养条件进行了单因素优化,考察了微生物絮凝剂产生菌的特征和性质,实验结果-1-1-1表明,该菌产生絮凝剂的最佳培养条件为:碳源10gL乳糖和10gL蔗糖的混合物,氮源05gL尿素、02gL-1酵
2、母膏和05gL-1硝酸钾的混合物,无机盐为2gL-1磷酸二氢钾、5gL-1磷酸氢二钾和01gL-1氯化钠的混合物,培养基初始pH为65,培养温度为30,在摇床转速为120~140rmin-1的培养箱中培养42h时,絮凝活性可达9804%。通过生理生化实验分析,该絮凝剂产生菌为革兰氏阳性菌,主要成分为多糖。用Be-3所产絮凝剂处理不同废水后,废水中的CODcr、NH3-N和浊度的去除率都比较高,说明该絮凝剂在废水处理中具有很好的应用前景。关键词:微生物絮凝剂;优化;絮凝率;污水处理中图分类号:X52文献标识码:A文章编号:16718151(2011)0
