3、my,ITisalsoshowedthemagicalpowersinmanyaspects,especiallyininformationtechnologyandthebeginningoftheneweconomicgreenshoots,throughleadingtouseadvaneedinformationtechnologygavebirthtoalotofnewbusinessmodel,alargenumberofemergingenterprisesrapidrise,poisedtotraditionalenterprise'smomentum・There
4、isahugeillusionofIT,andthereisevenalargesuperstitiouselementinIT,soITcanbecalledthe〃ITmyth"phase.ButthefactthatITisa"ITmyth"isahugeobstacleandriskintheuseofIT,andthefailurerateisextremelyhigh.Asaresult,doubtsaboutITbegintoriseagain,evenonce,ascasesoffailureorfailuregrow・ToIT,forexample,scepti
5、cssarcasmsaid:"therearemanydifferentwaystodestroyacompany.Speculationisthefastest,andusingITisoneofthemostfoolproof."AccordingtothefamousAmericanconsultancyMcKinsey&company,accordingtoastudyreleasedrecently,duringtheperiodof1995to2000,theAmericaneconomyisimproved,butmostoftheenergycontributed
