1、摘要摘要本文以现代薪酬管理理论为指导,对有关薪酬的文献进行了梳理、归纳,详细了解了北奔汽车4S店组织架构、人力资源情况和薪酬体系及管理现状。从该汽车4S店的实际状况出发,基于薪酬满意度四维度模型,采用PSQ薪酬满意度调查问卷,通过对北京北奔汽车4S店各类员工进行满意度问卷调查,利用灰色关联度模型进行分析,整理归纳得出一些影响薪酬满意度的各因素所占权重。在对北京北奔汽车4S店进行薪酬管理体系改善过程中,结合该公司所处的企业生命周期阶段的特征,和薪酬满意度调查结果,针对性地对北京北奔汽车4S店薪酬体系优化设计,如岗位工资优化设计、激励薪酬优化设计、福利体系优化措施、薪酬体系的完善等,同时提
