2、ofightininternationaltradeThemorefairandorderlylegalenvironment,havecalledfortheestablishmentofanewagriculturalspecialsafeguardmeasures,namelythespecialagriculturalsafeguardmechanism(SpecialSafeguardMechanism,abbreviatedasSSM).Inthispaper,theperspectiveofinternationallaw,th
