1、英文摘要ABSTRACTThecurrentrealestatebubbleinchinaissoseriousthatleadstogrowingdisparitiesinhousinglevelbetweenpeople。So,basedonthecurrentsituationofourcountry,thecentralgovernmentdulyputforwardthispolicyofdevelopingPublic-Rent-Housevigorouslyasakeyofaffordablehousingconstruction.

2、Toencouragelocalgovernments,socialorganizationsandsocialfundtodevelopthePublic-Rent-House(PRH),aseriesofsupportingpoliceshadbeenproposedlikefinancialsubsidies,taxreliefandsupportofloanfinancing.AlthoughtheconstructionofPRHhavemadecertainachievementafterafewyearsoftrials,deman

3、dhasfaroutstrippedsupplyofPRHforwhichlackoffundsisacceptedasthebottleneckproblem.Chongqingprovincefirstlysucceededtosolvetheissueoffinancingandthegoalofbuilding40000squaremetresin5yearsisfinishedaheadofschedulewhileallotherprovincesarestillstuckinfinancingproblems.Chongqingmo

4、delisrecognizedalloverthecountry,howevertheauthorthinkaperfectfinancingmodelisnotonlycharacterizedtoraiseenoughmoneyforbuildingbutalsotorepaytheloansonschedule.CurrentlythePRHinChongqingisbeingcompletedandgoesintoservicegradually,thetimetorepaytheloanisclosing.So,theauthorint
