1、K公司信息系统外包管理研究中文摘要随着信息技术的迅猛发展，现代企业的业务活动与信息系统变得越来越密不可分，越来越多的企业在完成其从投入到产出的每个运营环节都依赖信息系统。但是信息系统及服务通常难以为企业带来直接的经济效益，即使对信息系统升级和加强服务也很难让企业获得直接的利润，因而企业会选择将信息系统外包给服务商，从而以更大的精力集中在核心竞争领域。但是如何对信息系统外包进行管理各企业选择了不同的办法，外包管理过程也遇到了一系列问题。本文首先介绍了信息系统外包的定义和理论基础。通过指出K公司在信息系统外包管理遇到的一系列问题，并对这些问题进行了根本性原因分析，运用信息系
