2、ivemainframework:first,thebasicconceptsanddevelopmentfeaturesofthepensionrealestateareanalyzed,softwareandhardwareforagingandprovideappropriateservicesisthemostsignificantfeaturestopensionrealestate;thenfromtheperspectiveoftourismdestinationtoexplorethecharacteristicsofpensionrealestateintourism
3、destination,andthenanalyzesthefourexistingdevelopmentmodel:Embeddeddevelopmentmodel,hoteldevelopmentmodel,ruraldevelopmentmodelandcompounddevelopmentmodel,andwereanalyzedmainlyfromlandacquisition,developmentcharacteristics,operationmodeandsourcemarkets;developmentoperationspensionrealestateintou
