3、ction.Employeeengagementisthesuccessfulkey.Hotelindustryasaspecialserviceindustry,itsmainproductsareservice.Comparedwithotherindustries,itismuchmoredependentonhumanresource.Someinvestigationindicatedthatmoreandmorehotelenterpriseshavefacedwithsomeproblems,suchashighra
4、tesofstaffturnover,lowmotivation,andsoon.Therefore,howtokeepthehighengagementstaffs,andimproveothers’engagement,havebeenanimportantissuewhichhotelenterprisesmustconsider.Onthebasisoftheexistingliterature,thispaperhasfocusedonthestructureofthehotelindustryemployeeengag
5、ementandthemaininfluencingfactors,toenrichthetheoryofhotelemployeeengagement,andprovideguidancetopromoteemployeeengagementinthehotelindustryinpractice.Themajorresearchobjectivesofthisstudyinclude:firstly,tocleartheconceptofthehotelemployeeengagement,andtobuilditsstruc
6、turalmodelandverifyit;secondly,toanalyzethedifferencesofthedifferentfactors’influenceonhotelindustryemployeeengagementanditsdimensions.Thirdly,toexplorethemaininfluencingfactorsonhotelindustryemployeeengagement,andfurther,toanalysisofthedifferencesofthedifferentfactor
