2、gNormalUniversityJune，2015重庆师范大学硕士学位论文中文摘要重庆市就业服务业发展研究摘要本文以重庆市就业服务业为研究对象，在全面总结国内外相关理论研究成果的基础上，首先，概括出本文的两个基本点：一是服务于民生之本的就业服务业包括就业服务业和创业服务业两类；二是就业服务业包含公共就业服务事业、市场化的就业服务产业和社会化的就业服务行业。其次，基于对这两个基本点的认识，一方面，着重研究和阐述重庆市就业服务业发展的基本环境，从重庆市就业服务业发展存在的问题和制约发展的因素两个方面，重点分析和概括
3、重庆市就业服务业发展现状，据此厘清重庆市发展就业服务业的现实条件和根本问题；另一方面，通过对部分西方发达国家就业服务业发展实践经验的概括，立足重庆实际，拓展国际视野，为进一步确定重庆市就业服务业发展目标、创新发展机制和管理模式、催生新的就业服务业态提供他山之鉴。最后，在上述研究的基础上，探索重庆市就业服务业发展的改革目标，提出“保障与增长并重、培育与引入并行、服务与促进并举”的总体思路和“就业有岗位、就业有能力、质量有提高、服务有保障”的重点任务，并据此从就业服务业主体、就业服务对象和服务内容、就业服务体制机制三
