2、logyistechnologyandinnovation,andemphasizesthehumancapital.Andequityincentivecaninspirestaffenthusiasmandcreativity.Italsohasabilitytoattracttalentsandretaintalents.Therefore,equityincentivewillmakeittheoreticallyimprovedcompanyperformance.However,wefo
3、undthatmanyofthelistedcompaniesininformationtechnologyindustrywhichintheimplementationofequityincentiveoptions,itsperformancedidnotabletoincreasecorrespondingly.Thestudyofinformationtechnologyindustryinourcountrylistedcompanyequityincentiveresultsisnot
4、rich.So,itisofgreatsignificanceabouthoweffectoftheinformationtechnologyindustrylistedcompanyequityincentive,andhowtomakemoreeffectivelyimplementequityincentive.Thispaperfirstexplainstheresearchbackgroundandresearchsignificance,thereviewoftheliteraturea
5、thomeandabroad,andthentherelatedconceptsandbasictheoryarereviewed,andthenintroducesthedevelopmentofequityincentiveinourcountry,andtheinformationtechnologyindustryinourcountrytheimplementationstatusoflistedcompaniesisanalyzed,andthenonthisbasis,throught
6、heempiricalstudyanalyzedtheequityincentiveeffectontheperformanceofthelistedcompanyinformationtechnologyindustry.Intheempiricalpart,thisarticleselectsthea-sharelisted,andin2012startedtheimplementationofequityincentiveof33listedcompaniesassamples,theinfo
