5、etrainingsetting.Theyfoundthatthosewithanextravertedpersonalitytypeweremorelikelythanintrovertstouseaffectiveandvisualizationstrategies,whileintrovertsmorefrequentlythanextravertsusedstrategiesforsearchingforandcommunicatingmeaning.Inthesamestudy,theresearchersalsofoundthatintuitive-typepeopl
6、e(interestedinpatterns,abstractions,andpossibilities),comparedwithsensing-typepeople(present-orientedandinterestedinfacts),usedmorestrategiesforsearchingforandcommunicatingmeaning,buildingmetalmodelsofthelanguage,usingthelanguageforauthenticcommunication,andmanagingemotions.Thisstudyshowsthat
7、judging-typeindividuals(thosewhoneedorganizationandclosure),comparedwithperceiving-typepeople(thosewhowantfreedomanddislikeclosure),morefrequentlyusegeneralstudystrategies,butperceiverscomparedwithjudgersusemorestrategiesforsearchingforandcom
