1、TheStudyOnModelAndRiskProblemOfInternetFinance摘要随着计算机和网络技术的飞速发展，互联网商业模式逐渐超越和颠覆了传统商业模式，金融行业也不例外，互联网金融已经成为当前中国经济社会中最具吸引力的词汇之一，特别是P2P网贷、第三方支付和众筹等新金融模式的兴起，基于互联网生态环境下的互联网金融创新取得了蓬勃发展，对传统且固化的以商业银行为主导的金融体系及结构带来了全面挑战。本论文通过对互联网金融的模式和风险问题进行研究，有助于全面了解当前互联网金融的几种主要模式，并有针对性的做好风险管理，对互联网金融的健康发展，有着积极意义。文章开篇部分是引言，重点

2、介绍了论文选题背景及意义、国内外文献综述和论文的整体结构安排及创新点；接下来介绍了我国互联网金融的六种常见模式，并对每种模式的未来发展趋势进行了判断，加深了对互联网金融模式的理解与认识；第三部分主要介绍当前互联网金融所面临的主要风险类型，通过对战略风险、信用以及流动性风险等进行考察，详细介绍了影响互联网金融市场稳定性的各种因素；第四部分针对主要风险类型提出可行性防控措施，为实现我国互联网金融的健康、有序、平稳的发展提供意见和建议；第五部分对我国互联网金融的现状进行总结，并对行业未来发展进行展望。关键字：互联网金融，金融模式，金融风险IAbstractWiththerapiddevelopm
