2、ructure,themanagementandmaintenanceofthehighwaysareofsignificantimportancetothedailylifeofthelocalresidents.Itisrequiredforthemaintenanceagencytoimproveitscapacityandefficiencysoastocreateagoodroadconditionfeaturedby“smoothness,safety,comfortandbeauty”.Followingthenationalpolicyofthe“OneBeltOneRoad”

3、andtheprovincialstrategyof“TheGatewayYunnan”,themanagementofthetrunkroadsinYunnanhasmadealotofbreakthroughsandaremovingforwardtothesustainabledevelopmentforthewholeindustry.Buildingonthetheoryofthepublicmanagementandthepoliticaleconomy,thisthesishasanalyzedthepublicwelfarecharacteristicsandthemarket

4、featuresofthehighwaysfromtheperspectiveofthenewpublicmanagementandthedemand-supplyoftheQuasiPublicGood.Theauthorhasstudiedthecurrentmanagementstatus,theexistingproblemsofthehighwaysandalsoproposedsomesolutionsandrecommendationsforfuturemanagementandmaintenancebydrawingupontheinternationalandnational
