2、pensableandimportantlinkintheoperationalprocessoffinancialfunds.Bythedynamicmonitoringtofinancialfunds,illegalornon-normativebehaviorscanbefoundtimely,whichcanstrengthenthestandardability,validityandsafetyoffinancialfunds.Atpresent,theNationalTreasuryCentrali
3、zedPaymentReform,nearlylasting14years,hasbeinggraduallycarriedoutallofthecountry.However,comparedwiththehigh-speedoftheNationalTreasuryCentralizedPaymentReform,theconstructionofdynamicmonitoringsystemislaggingseriouslybehind.Thissituationisnotonlyadversetofur
