4、njuniorstaffmotivationofHHotel,consistofthreeparts,ofwhichthefirstincludes:reviewsofthelatestresearchofhotelstaffmotivationhomeandabroadbasedonextensiveliteraturereading,andanalysisofHhotel’sdevelopmentandfeaturesofitsjuniorstaff.Thesecondpart,bymeansofquestionnaire,analysesthecurren
5、tsituationof,theproblemsandrelevantreasonsinHhotel’sjuniorstaffmotivationfromtheperspectivesofjobsatisfaction,causesofstaffdemissionandfactorsinstaffmotivation;andfindsthefollowingproblems,ignoranceofjuniorstaffmotivation,imperfectionofmotivationrulesandlesssubstantivestafftrainingan
6、dsoon.Andthereasonsfortheseareoutdatedmotivationawareness,lessexpendituresonjuniorstaff,highstaffturnoverrateandlackofhumancenteredmanagingphilosophy.Thenbasedonthis,thispaperpresentsasetofeffectiveprinciplesandstrategiesforHhotel’sjuniorstaffmotivation.Andlastly,thepapersummarizesit
