4、hanadollarperday,pushingthemtotheshoreofextinction.FromtimetotimetheGovernmenthasbeenrenewingitsHouseandLandPoliciesforbetterprovisionofsheltertothepopulationbutseemslikethedegreeofsatisfactionhasaffectednegativelytheIndigenousPeoples.MostIndigenouscommunitiesstillliveinverybadcondi

5、tions,withanenormouslackofaffordablehousing,health,foodandeducation.ThisstudyisfocusinginoneofthemostunfavorableIndigenousPeoples,theMú-twas(alsoknownasHimbas),anindigenousgroupfromCurocatownshipinAngola.Theavailabilityofanadequaterangeofhousingcontributestoacommunity‘sabilitytofunc

6、tioninefficient,equitable,prosperousandsustainableways.However,theAngolanGovernment`sNacionalHousingProgramsimplementedthroughouttheyearsseemsnottomeetthecriteriaofmostIndigenousPeoples,consequently,nofeedbackhasbeenregisteredsincetheprojectshavebeenlaunchedonthosecommunities.Asares

7、ult,innumeroushousesbuiltfortheIndigenousPeoplesareabandonedorwereneveroccupied.Itisinthissensethatthereportingisgearedto,governmentandnongovernmentalorganization(NGO)personnelpolicymakerstoengageIndigenousPeoplesmoreeffectivelyinnationalhousingprojectsandprogramstofightextremepover
