3、ctures,confusinglegaltermsaswellasalotofoldEnglishandLatinwords.Lawitselfisverystrict,andEnglishlegaltextsmaynotbetranslatedwithalittlenegligence.Intheprocessoftranslation,becausetherearealotofwordsinthetargetlanguagewithsimilarbutnotexactlythesamemeaningsincorrespondings
4、ourcewords,itbecomesthemaximumdifficultyonhowtochooseaproperwordintargetlanguagetobestmatchcorrespondingsourcelanguagewordsinmeaning,collocationandgrammar.Inviewoftheabovestatement,thisthesisisaimedtoexplorethesolutiontotheproblemofchoosingandtranslatingnearsynonymsinthel
