1、自体表皮移植治疗稳定期白瘢风三种受皮区处理方法临床应用评价［摘要］目的评价3种受皮区处理方法在自体表皮移植治疗稳定期白瘢风的临床应用效果。方法3组（每组40例）接受自体表皮移植治疗的稳定期白瘢风患者，供皮区采用负压吸疱法制备表皮，受皮区则分别采用负压吸疱法（A组）、机械磨削法（B组）和超脉冲C02激光磨削法（C组）处理。治疗8周后观察疗效，对治疗效果进行统计学分析。结果A、B、C3组的治疗有效率分别为97.2%,93.7%和95.5%,3组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论在3组的治疗有效率无统计学差异的基础上，临床操作过程中负压吸疱法、机械磨削法各有其局限性，而超脉冲C0

7、、皮肤机械磨削及超脉冲C02激光磨削3种方法准备受皮区，在378例患者中随机选取120例具有可比性的患者，比较3种受皮区准备方法的临床疗效。❷1资料与方法❷1.1一般资料❷120例均为稳定期的白瘢风患者，按受皮区准备方法分为3组，每组40例。A组：受皮区准备方法为负压吸疱法，40例（363张皮片）患者中男17例，女23例，年龄16〜33岁,平均22.6岁;病程2~15年;局限型31例（248张皮片）,泛发型7例（87张皮片），节段型2例（28张皮片）。B组：受皮区准备方法为机械磨
