4、ekeyconstructionenterprisesofourcountrycan.Firstly,fromthetheoreticalpointofview,introducesthetheoryofriskmanagementofoverseasprojects,aswellastheoverseasengineeringprojectriskidentificationandanalysis;secondly,fromanempiricalpointofview,anoverseasprojectsthroughtheconstruc
5、tionenterprisestoundertake,identifyingrisksexistintheoverseasengineeringproject,andthePCAmethod(themaincomponentanalysis)andANP(analyticnetworkprocess)forscientific,effectiveanalysisoftheprojectrisk,putforwardriskresponsecorrespondingsuggestionsandstrategyonthebasisofanalys
