1、摘要摘要21世纪，人力资源已经为社会发展的主要资源并被各方面所认同，并且人力资源管理在企业中的作用也日益凸显，企业的发展离不开人力资源的开发与管理。加强并提升企业人力资源管理水平也是增强企业竞争力的需求。企业的快速发展是需要优秀员工支撑的，企业必须立足于现状，着眼于未来，统筹人力资源规划，重视优秀人才的吸纳，培养，开发和使用，建立健全人才培养，储备，激励等机制，不断增强企业自主创新力，以此促进并确保企业的在市场中的可持续发展。本文是在参阅大量资料和相关文献的基础上，以人力资源的六大模块为切入点，对A企业的人力资
2、源管理问题进行研究。本文基于对A企业进行实地调研，并且与A企业的人力资源相关工作人员和其它岗位管理人员进行深度访谈，从而得出A企业人力资源管理的现状和存在的问题。形成案例研究。根据案例研究得出的结果，与某人力资源咨询公司进行探讨，并设计出《A企业人力资源管理调查问卷》，发放给A企业的员工，进行实证研究。最终综合案例研究和问卷调查研究的结果，得出A企业人力资源管理存在的问题，根据当今现有的人力资源理论知识，对这些问题进行剖析，提出解决A企业人力资源管理问题的对策和方法。望此次研究，能够给A企业人力资源管理水平的提
