1、摘要从我国改革开放至今，经济高速发展带动了企业的发展，随着国内和国际环境的变化，资源、环保、劳动保护等各种情况相应改变，企业在劳动力、能源运输、环保等方面巨额的投入致使企业的成本攀升，使企业面临前所未有的高成本压力。同时由于企业间的竞争日趋激烈，更多的企业以打价格战来扩大市场份额，以求在市场竞争中谋求一席之地。这些因素，使企业的利润空间越来越小，在产品同质的情况下，企业要提升自己利润空间，求得生存与发展，有效控制成本必须成为企业管理的重中之重。全面成本管理作为一种现代化的管理理论及方法，能让整个成本管理贯穿于企业的各个作业流程之中，通过全面
2、的成本核算、分析以及成本的决策等来充分调动其员工以及企业组织人员的积极性，让其在经营生产的过程中在保证产品质量的前提下能够最大限度地使企业的成本投入降低，从而达到提升经济效益，提高管理水平的目的。所以对于企业来讲，对成本管理体系进行系统地设计以及规划也就变得非常有必要。而本文在研究中，主要通过对JA太阳能公司目前的成本管理现状的分析，对其在经营管理过程中的技术开发、成本管理、设备管理等各个方面进行一定程度的分析以及梳理的基础上，最终得出了JA公司新的成本管理体系，并以此体系为基础进行体系流程的优化，提出了相应的实施方案。在本文的研究中，是以
