1、A公司服务器新产品开发项目进度管理研究摘要A公司服务器新产品开发项目进度管理研究摘要随着互联网行业及技术的快速发展，人们对服务器产品的需求会越来越多。服务器是一个复杂的系统性产品，它的开发过程包括很多环节，如电子线路设计，机构设计，生产制造，系统平台搭配，系统组装，各种相关测试等，导致开发周期通常都比较长。因此，项目开发进度的管理就非常重要，会直接关系到产品是否能顺利按时上市，取得市场份额。本文以A公司服务器新产品开发项目管理的RS300-E8具体案例为切入点，通过设定进度目标，对项目进度流程进行了详细的分析。
2、本文的主要工作包括：（1）在介绍了项目管理及项目进度管理相关理论的基础上，以RS300-E8项目的工作分解结构为基础，编制项目的网络图，并根据以往经验得到每个项目活动单元所需的时间制作甘特图，得到项目整个工期和进度计划。（2）根据A公司内部实际情况对该项目进度计划进行设定优化目标，利用关键路径法找到影响项目进度的关键步骤，并根据项目进度管理现有的相关理论给出具有针对性的解决方案，使得该项目进度的具体实施管控在原定的目标范围内。（3）对本文案例做了概括总结，指出了本次项目管理案例中不足的地方,并且提出了未来改善方
