1、PBL教学法在急诊临床见习教学中的实践与改进黄杨J尹文，郝璐，余厚友，王玉同，刘健（第四军医大学第一附属医院急诊科，陕西西安710032）［摘要I目的探讨急诊临床见习教学中PBL教学法的实践和改进效果。方法选择我校2004级医疗五年制临床见习学生，随机分成实验1组（采用常用的PBL教学法教学）、实验2组（采用改进的PBL教学法教学）和对照组（采用传统的LBL教学法教学），利用试卷考核和问卷调查的形式评估教学效果。结果试卷考核中，实验1组和实验2组的总分明显高于对照组（PW0.05）,主要体现在病例分析部分，实验2组的成绩更优于实验1组（PW0.0

2、5）；选择题和判断题部分各组之间无显著差异（P>0.05）；名词解释部分实验1组较低于其它两组（PW0.05）o调查问卷中，除在提高知识点记忆项目中实验1组的反应最低外，其余各项的反应显著性，对照组均低于其它两组（PW0.01）:在激发对急诊医学兴趣、提高与病人沟通能力和提高对临床工作感性认识三项中，实验2组反应显著性优于实验1组（PW0.01）。结论PBL教学法为突破目前急诊医学临床教学弊端提供了一条新思路，但怎样结合实际教学过程中出现的问题或困难，仍需继续总结和摸索。关键词:PBL教学法；急诊；临床教学中图分类号：G642.0文献标识码:AS
