6、gethedegreeofendometrialcancerande-valuatetheprognosisofendometrialcancer．【Keywords】Tenascin－C，endometrialcarcinoma，immunohistochemistryModernOncology2017，25(03):0441－0443【摘要】目的:研究Tenascin－C在子宫内膜正常组织、子宫内膜增生组织及子宫内膜癌组织中的表达，探讨Tenascin－C基因与子宫内膜癌发生、发展及预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法，分别检

7、测14例正常子宫内膜组织、18例子宫内膜增生组织和78例子宫内膜癌组织中Tenascin－C的表达情况，并分析子宫内膜癌组织中Tenascin－C的表达和临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:Tenascin－C在子宫内膜癌组织阳性率明显高于正常子宫内膜组织、子宫内膜增生组织，差异有统计学意义(P＜0．05)。Tenascin－C在子宫内膜癌中的表达与浸润肌层深度、分化程度、FIGO分期和淋巴结转移密切相关(P＜0．05)。结论:Tenascin－C基因的表达与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关，因此对Tenascin－C基因的检测可用于
