1、30罕少疾病杂志2017年4月第24卷第2期总第121期·胸部疾病·研究疏风降气止咳汤对改善慢性咳嗽患者气道高反应性的效果广东省佛山市顺德区桂洲医院内二科（广东佛山528305）罗智聪胡小毅范春红【摘要】目的研究疏风降气止咳汤对改善慢性咳嗽患者气道高反应性的效果，为临床用药提供参考依据。方法选取我院收治的240例气道高反应性慢性咳嗽患者作为研究对象，将其按照不同治疗方法平均分成对照组与观察组各120例，对照组单纯应用西医治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上另给予疏风降气止咳汤治疗，对比两组患者治疗后的临床
2、效果。结果对照组的总有效率为80.0%，观察组为91.7%，对比差异显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对比两组患者的PC20FEV1、FEV1、PEF，差异显著，均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；对比两组患者咳嗽、气逆上冲感、咽痒、咯痰的积分，差异显著，均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏风降气止咳汤对改善慢性咳嗽患者气道高反应性的效果显著，临床应用价值高，值得推广。【关键词】疏风降气止咳汤；改善；慢性咳嗽；气道高反应性；效果【中图分类号】R256.11【文献标识码】ADOI:10.3969/j
